TIME TO TALK DAY – THURSDAY, 1 FEBRUARY, 11.30 AM – 12.30 PM

As an employer who has signed up to “Time to Change Wales”, the College is once again proud to be supporting Time to Talk Day, which is taking place on Thursday, 1 February.

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.  It’s a day for friends, colleagues and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.

We know that the more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone.  Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change lives.

So drop in for a cake, a cuppa and a chat at any of the campuses between 11.30 am – 12.30 pm.  Sessions will be taking place in:

• Jubilee Court – A2
• Llwyn-y-Bryn – Café Bryn
• Kingsway – 2^nd floor Kitchen
