The National Union of Students (NUS) is here as a national organisation to defend your rights, and campaign to improve the lives of students.  It is a voluntary membership organisation that is recognised as the national voice of students throughout the UK.  The mission of NUS is “To promote, defend and extend the rights of students”.  NUS will help students fight the barriers to education, empower students to shape a quality learning experience and campaign on behalf of students to ensure the best student experience possible.

NUS Wales represents the students studying in Wales, which currently stands at 250,000+ students.

If you are a member of the Student Union you could also represent the College at NUS Wales meetings (the Winter Council or Spring Conference) or the NUS UK Conference.
